As a holistic healer, I integrate mind, body, and spirit to help individuals achieve wellness and personal transformation. My experiences living abroad and connecting with diverse cultures have shaped my practice, especially my focus on overcoming stress and burnout.
After struggling with self-doubt, I reconnected with my purpose during a transformative stay on La Palma, which deepened my passion for body-based healing and retreats in sacred spaces.
Now, through personalized coaching and retreats, I guide clients to clarity, creativity, and purposeful living, helping them set actionable goals and navigate their personal and professional growth.
